We offer Companion Care, Home Health Aide (HHA), Homemaker, Overnight Care, Personal Care, and Respite Care tailored to meet the needs of all our clients.

Although it may be challenging to find reliable, highly rated in-home care, you can turn to Class Home Care. Our caregivers are expertly trained to assist our clients with a wide array of important tasks, including cooking, bathing, light housekeeping, and exercise.

HOW DO I GET STARTED WITH CLASS HOME CARE?

Getting started is easy! Simply contact us to schedule a consultation where we assess your needs and create a personalized care plan with you.

ARE YOUR CAREGIVERS TRAINED AND CERTIFIED?

Yes, our caregivers are trained and certified professionals dedicated to providing exceptional care for your loved ones.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY CARE?

You may choose the way that is the most convenient for you. If you have insurance that covers in-home care, we can work with you and your insurance provider to get paid.

DO YOU TAKE INSURANCE?

Yes, we accept insurance pay; however, we will need a letter from them certifying that we can bill them on your behalf.

DO YOU HAVE POLICIES AND PROCEDURES TO PROTECT THE CLIENTS PERSONAL HEALTH INFORMATION (PHI)?

Yes, we do and we can provide you with a copy upon request.

ARE YOU LICENSED BY THE STATE TO PROVIDE IN-HOME CARE?

Yes, we are lincensed in the State of Wisconsin.

DO YOU RUN COMPLETE BACKGROUND CHECKS?

Yes, we run complete background check.

HOW WILL STAFF COMMUNICATE WITH YOU?

Our caregivers will communite with you through email and/or phone.

HOW OFTEN ARE YOUR IN-HOME CARE SERVICES AVAILABLE?

Our services are customized to meet your needs. Whether you need us for a few hours a week, a few hours a day, or 24/7, we’ll structure our care plan to fit your requirements. This will be discussed during your free In-Home Care Assessment.

HOW DO YOU FIND AND RECRUIT QUALITY CAREGIVERS?

Class Home Care has several reliable recruiting methods for finding new and reliable Caregivers. We use websites, target groups, job fairs, and focused advertising. We then put interested applicants through a thorough interview process that includes both individual and group settings.

WHAT IF MY CAREGIVER DOES NOT SHOW UP FOR A SCHEDULED SHIFT?

Though this is a very rare event that we do not expect to happen, if your Caregiver does not show up, we will be alerted immediately. We utilize a system that allows Caregivers to clock in and out, so if they don’t clock in, our agency will immediately be notified.
